Chef Wing Keung has had plenty of experience of working in a Chinese kitchen. He has over 20 years of experience working in all different types of restaurants in China, perfecting styles such as Cantonese, Hunan, and Szechwan. He has been the sous chef of Fung Lum Restaurant in Hong Kong, receiving praises of being responsible and capable of creating amazing food. ( also worked at Sze Chuen Lau Restaurant, Kam Kong Szechuen Restaurant, Kam Chuen lau Restaurant and many more). Chef Wing Keung has also over 10 years of experience working in Chinese American kitchens .
